JHA Personnel: crew members sign themselves in with the “Add me” button and tick their own training checkboxes — other rows are read-only. The generated PDF still includes blank rows for paper sign-in.
Company admins on Ultra get a new Settings page to turn AI features on or off and choose which team members can use them.
SOW documents can now be downloaded straight from the project page.
Clone a checklist or template, and remove checklists, from a new ⋯ menu on the project and Templates pages — the copy is added right below the original with a name you choose.
Save a checklist’s changes and turn them into a reusable template in one step (“Save & Save as Template”).
Zoom into any photo — scroll or pinch to zoom, double-click, and drag to pan — in the photo viewer and reference images.
The project Photos tab now shows every photo, loading more as you scroll.
Search templates by name on the Templates page, and Checklist Templates now opens first.
JHA reports: click a report to preview it, plus a ⋯ menu to Resend, Clone, or Remove (admins and managers).
Editing and archiving a project — and editing a rescue plan — is now limited to admins and managers; assigned crew can still mark a rescue plan reviewed, and plans show who created them.

Clearer billing states: lapsed trials go straight to checkout, and read-only subscriptions pause JHA creation.
Annual subscriptions: extra seats added mid-term are billed monthly at the annual per-seat rate.
