Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of 14 days, add a payment method to continue or cancel with no obligation.
Every paid plan includes 3 team members. Add more seats for $29 per seat per month, or $23.20 per seat per month if you bill annually. Seats are added automatically when you invite a teammate, and your bill prorates accordingly.
Starter plans keep completed projects for 12 months, after which they are archived for 30 days and then deleted. Professional and Enterprise plans keep projects indefinitely. Storage is unlimited on every paid plan — only project age determines retention.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export photos, checklists, and closeout packages. Downgrading from Professional to Starter starts the 12-month retention clock on completed projects.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing on both the base plan and the per-seat addon. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year but can be canceled at any time with a prorated refund for unused months.
