Active, completed and archived sites in one list, each with its completion percentage, checklist count and photo count. A site carrying rejected photos says so on the row — so you find out now, not when the package is already late. On the phone the same list filters to what is nearby.

Checklists that tell the crew what to shoot
Work breaks into checklists, sections and fields, and every field carries the note that tells a climber exactly what to capture — "Bottom of Antenna", "From behind including RRU". Marking a field complete is a deliberate tap, not a side effect of uploading a photo, so "done" means somebody checked it. A rejected photo turns its field red and stops it counting toward the percentage.

The weekly harness inspection

ProfessionalBefore you dispatch, the per-project view tells you how many of the assigned crew need attention — expired, expiring within 60 days, or with nothing on file at all. That last group is the one a list of certificates can never show you, because they have no certificate to list.
